【摘要】 本文结合目前国内高炉炮泥使用的现状,从节约资源,降低吨铁泥耗的角度出发,建立了高炉炮泥使用的运筹学定性模型。以所建模型为基础,对于影响高炉铁口炮泥使用的诸多因素进行了分析。参考TKS公司对于炮泥使用的策略和日本、巴西不同容积高炉铁口炮泥使用的数据,对如何进一步合理使用高炉铁口炮泥给出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the present situation of the application of tap-hole clay used for Blast Furnace in China,in the view of how to save the consumption of natural resource and how to reduce the specific consumption of the tap-hole clay,a qualitative optimization model is set up.Based on this model,an analysis on the factors to effect the application of tap-hole clay has been made.Refer to the strategy from TKS regarding the tap-hole clay application and the actual operation data of the different size Blast furnaces from Japan and Brazil,the measurements that may improve the application of tap-hole clay more reasonably are proposed.更多还原
