COREX-3000预还原竖炉Slot堵塞下还原煤气非均匀流动的CFD数值模拟

【摘要】 宝钢引进的第二套COREX.3000熔融还原装置在第一套的基础上对竖炉进行了改造,即引入Areal GasDistribution(AGD)技术,在起到改善预还原竖炉中心煤气欠发展、环形操作缺点同时,也出现了slots堵塞现象。本文以商业软件FLUENT为平台,建立了三维预还原竖炉煤气流分布的数学模型,解析了2#COREX预还原竖炉slots堵塞后炉内煤气分布的变化情况。模拟结果表明:Slot发生堵塞时,围管区域等压面发生变形,堵塞slot前端等压面下移。高于围管区域以上,等压面区趋于平坦。slot发生堵塞时,slot出口平均速度增大,但slot与AGD入口还原煤气分配比例降低,这些结果为现场人员更好地了解和掌握AGD对竖炉的影响提供了基础数据。
【Abstract】 The shaft furnace of the second smelting ironmaking device COREX-3000,which was introduced by BaoSteel Corporation,has been modified based on the first one.The most inspiring merit of this device is that a new technique called Areal Gas Distribution(AGD) is used,which can optimize gas distribution and restrain gas wall working.However,the phenomenon of blockage in slots also occurred.In this paper,a 3D mathematical model for gas flow was established to simulate the gas flow distribution under the condition of slot blocking.Modeling results shows that there is deformation of the isobaric surface in the area of bustle pipe and the isobaric surface in front of blocking slots moves down.At the same time the isobaric surface above the bustle pipe trend to be even, when there is jam in slots.With the blockage,the average velocity in the outlet of slots increases,while the fraction of reduction gas in the inlet of slots and AGD drop down.The results above prove the database to field operators to better understand and grasp the effect of AGD on shaft furnace.
