基于振动模拟试验的连铸结晶器熔渣消耗研究

【摘要】 开发一种新的连铸结晶器振动工艺过程模拟检测试验装置,利用混合油模拟振动结晶器内熔渣在渣道内流动状态,通过检测振动过程中混合油消耗量、液位波动及润滑通道内压力变化,阐明渣道内熔渣消耗机理。研究表明:结晶器振动引起渣道压力变化导致渣道宽度周期性改变;渣膜厚度是影响熔渣消耗首要因素,结晶器振动携带作用次之;熔渣消耗于振动正滑脱末期至下一正滑脱初期,其中负滑脱期为主要消耗时段;增大熔渣黏度、拉速和振动频率可减小熔渣消耗量,提高振幅和非正弦振动因子使渣耗量增加,振幅对渣耗影响相对较小。
【Abstract】 A new experimental apparatus for simulating mold oscillation of continuous casting is developed to clarify the flux consumption mechanism in mold channel.For conducting the experiment,the mixed oil is poured and infiltrated down into the channel,and the consumption,liquid level and pressure of mixed oil are detected in the process of oscillation.The results show that the periodically change of channel width is induced by variety of channel pressure.The liquid film thickness of flux has a significant influence on the infiltration behavior compared with the oscillating motion of the mold.The liquid flux is infiltrated down from the end of positive strip time to the beginning of next positive strip time,and the infiltration is largely dependent on the negative strip time in between.The consumption of flux is enhanced by improving amplitude and non-sinusoidal oscillation factor,and the amplitude has a little effect on it.In contrast,the increase of viscosity of slag,casting speed and oscillation frequency reduces the consumption.
