三流异型连铸中间包结构优化的数值模拟

【摘要】 根据西宁特钢三流异型中间包的结构和操作参数,应用ANSYS CFX数值模拟软件计算不同控流装置下中间包内的流场和温度场分布,提出了优化的中间包结构。在此基础上,建立物理模型对数值模拟的结果进行验证并确定最佳的优化方案。结果表明:原型中间包内流场和温度场分布不均匀,三个水口最大温差达3.11 K,这将导致铸坯质量存在差异;使用U形挡墙后,改善了钢液流动特性,有助于中间包内钢液成分和温度的均匀分布,三个水口最大温差仅有0.17 K。
【Abstract】 According to the structure and operating parameters of the three-strand allotype continuous casting tundish in Xining Special Steel,fluid flow and temperature field distributions were mathematically simulated under different flow control devices in tundish using software ANSYS CFX.A new type tundish structure was proposed.On this basis,a physical model was establised to verify the results of mathematical modeling and determine the best optimization program.The results showed that flow field and temperature field distributions were uneven in the prototype tundish, and the maximum temperature difference of three outlets reached 3.11 K,which led to the differences in the quality of the bloom.After using the U-shaped baffle,the flow characteristic of molten steel was improved,which was favourable for homogeneous distribution of the steel composition and temperature,and the maximum temperature difference of the three outlets is only 0.17 K.
