冷却及蓄热技术在连续退火炉中的应用

【摘要】 介绍了目前国内外现有的几种连续炉的各种冷却技术,经过对各种冷却方法的比较,提出了连续退火冷却技术发展的方向。介绍了为节能降耗而采用的高效蓄热式退火炉的主要技术参数,简述了该项新技术的工作原理,技术特性及使用效果。提高了生产效率,达到了节能降耗的目的。
【Abstract】 Kinds of continuous annealing cooling technologies adopted in the world are introduced.The later development in the area of continuous annealing cooling technology is described by comparing different cooling technologies.The improvement has been introduced on the annealing furnace rack in this article.In order to save energy,the high efficiency heat stored annealing furnace is applied.Enhancing production efficiency and saving energy has been achieved.The main technical parameters of the annealing furnace and illustrates its work principle has been introduced in this paper,technical character and application effects.Enhancing production and saving energy has been achieved.
