【摘要】 本文在自行设计的小型实验台上进行医疗垃圾焚烧飞灰熔融实验,利用原子吸收光谱仪和氢化物连续发生器测定熔渣中重金属的含量,对影响医疗垃圾焚烧飞灰熔渣中重金属固化特性的操作参数进行系统研究。实验结果表明:温度对Cr、Cd、Cu固化率的影响显著;Cd、Pb、Zn三种重金属固化特性几乎不受气氛的影响,Ni和Cu在N2气氛下的固化率比在氧化性气氛下高,而Cr则相反;Ni、Cd、Pb的固化率都随时间增加而下降;Cr在水冷时的固化率高于空冷时的固化率,其余重金属则相反,原因在于飞灰中的重金属在水冷过程中会有一部分扩散到水中,尤其以Pb最突出。

【Abstract】 The lab-scale studies on the mechanisms of fly ash melting were conducted in a small self-developed batch system. Utilizing atoms and absorbing the spectrum and continuous generator of hydride determine the amount of heavy metals in slag.The factors that influence on the solidification characteristics of heavy metals are investigated in this text,in order to offer the basic data to the solidification and recycling treatment of fly ash.The experimental results show that the solidification characteristics of ash are greatly different from each kind of heavy metals.The influences of temperature on Cr,Cd and Cu are remarkable.The solidification rates in oxidizing atmosphere are higher than N2 atmosphere for Ni and Cu,but opposite for Cr.The solidification rates of Ni,Cd,Pb drop with time.The solidification rate of Cr cooling in water is higher than natural cooling in the air.Other heavy metals will spread into water during cooling in water,especially Pb.
