离子液体热合成法制备棒状磷酸氧钒及其催化氧化性能研究

【摘要】 以偏钒酸钠和磷酸为原料,在氯化胆碱/尿素的低共熔混合物溶剂中制备出结晶态的棒状磷酸氧钒前体。将该前体于空气中733 K焙烧18 h得到磷酸氧钒活性相。与传统的水热合成法制备的磷酸氧钒前体相比,本文制备材料具有更高的P/V比和铵基嵌入骨架结构,二者都可以抑制在随后的焙烧过程中VIV向VV价态的过度氧化,因此本材料活性相中钒的价态基本为+4价,而水热法合成材料的钒价态基本为+5价。由此,在环己醇催化氧化制备环己酮的反应中,本文催化剂具有优异的环己酮选择性(98.9%),基于相同表面积催化剂上的环己酮生成速度是传统水热法制备的催化剂的三倍。

【Abstract】 A new strategy for synthesizing vanadium phosphate(VPO) with clubbed morphology was proposed,which involved a facile ionothermal process in a deep eutectic solvent.Firstly,NaVO3 and o-H3PO4 was heated in the eutectic mixture from urea and choline chloride to prepare a vanadium phosphate precursor.Then,the precursor was calcined in air at 733 K for 18 h to produce an active phase,which was used as a catalyst for selective oxidation reaction of cyclohexanol to cyclohexnone.It was found that the catalyst possessed higher P/V atomic ratio than that of the counterpart prepared through the conventional hydrothermal synthesis method which could avoid the over-oxidation of VIV to VV.Thus,the catalyst possessed more content of VIV and VⅢ oxidation states which accordingly led to higher selectivity and yield of cyclohexanone.
