亲水性磺胺嘧啶银纳米颗粒的制备及其抗菌性能

【摘要】 以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为修饰剂,采用液相化学结合原位表面修饰的方法,制备了具有良好水溶性的磺胺嘧啶银(SSD)纳米颗粒。利用XRD,SEM,TEM,TGA傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR),对合成的磺胺嘧啶样品的形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明:PVP的加入量,硝酸银的浓度均对磺胺嘧啶银的形貌起到了重要的调控作用。另外采用牛津杯法对亲水性磺胺嘧啶纳米颗粒对三种细菌的抗菌性能进行了测试。测试结果表明:磺胺嘧啶银对三中细菌均表现出良好的抗菌效果。

【Abstract】 Water-soluble surface modified silver nanoparticles were synthesized by liquid phase reduction with polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP) as the surface modification agent. The structure and morphology of the as-synthesized powders were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), Scanning electron microscopy(SEM), thermogravimetric analysis(TG)and Fourier-transform infrared(FT-IR) spectrometry.It found that the reaction conditions such as the amount of PVP and concentration silver nitrate palyed important roles in the morphology silver sulfonamide.In addition,the antibacterial activities of silver sulfonamide samples towards three kinds of test strans were also investigated by cup diffusion method.Results suggested that silver sulfonamide had relatively good antibacterial effects against S.aureus,P.aeruginosa,E.coli.
