糠醛与环戊酮经缩合-加氢脱氧制备C13-C15长链环烷烃
Production of C13-C15 cycloalkanes from the furfural and cyclopentanone via condensation and hydrodeoxygenation

【摘要】 糠醛是一种重要的生物质衍生化学品。本文报道了一种以生物质基糠醛和环戊酮为原料,经过缩合和加氢脱氧两步反应制备碳链长度为13-15的液态环烷烃的方法。用强碱催化糠醛与环戊酮(摩尔比为2:1)的缩合反应得到碳链长度为15的α,α’-二亚糠基环戊酮,质量收率达到85%以上。对α,α’-二亚糠基环戊酮进行加氢脱氧反应可以得到碳链长度为13-15的长链液体环烷烃。相比于同碳原子数目的长链烷烃,环烷烃具有更高的体积热值密度,是一种潜在的航空燃料及高品质柴油的添加成分。
【Abstract】 Furfural is one important biomass derived chemical. Here we reported one novel method of liquid cycloalkanes with carbon chain of 13-15 production from bio-based furfural and cyclopentanone via knoevenagel condensation and hydrodeoxygenation. The condensation of furfural with cyclopentanone was catalyzed by various basic catalysts at room temperature to form α,α’-difurfurylidene cyclopentanone, and liquid cycloalkanes were produced via hydrodeoxygenation of α,α’-difurfurylidene cyclopentanone. The cycloalkanes have higher volume calorific value compared with the unbranched alkanes, and are suitable for jet fuel or diesel additives.
