用于国IV/国V清洁汽油生产的催化裂化汽油加氢改质技术的研究开发和工业应用

【摘要】 针对占我国汽油池约70%的高硫、高烯烃含量的催化裂化(FCC)汽油的清洁化,开发了耦合梯级脱硫和烯烃定向转化的FCC汽油加氢改质GARDES工艺技术和催化剂。GARDES技术采用灵活高效的全馏分FCC汽油预加氢处理—轻重馏分切割—重汽油选择性加氢脱硫—辛烷值恢复组合工艺配置,具有广泛的原料和产品方案适应性,可以根据原料硫含量、烯烃含量、产品指标等情况,通过反应工艺的优化配置和催化剂的合理级配,实现不同类型含硫化合物的递进脱除,同时具有辛烷值恢复功能,可在大幅降低汽油烯烃含量的同时减少其辛烷值损失,在不改变工艺流程的前提下,通过改变催化剂的级配方式和优化工艺条件实现从生产国IV标准清洁汽油到生产国V标准清洁汽油的平滑过渡,从而为我国FCC汽油的清洁化提供了一条新的技术途径,为控制我国大中城市日益严重的空气污染提供了技术支撑。目前采用这一技术已建成投产10套用于国IV/国V标准清洁汽油生产的装置,在建装置6套。

【Abstract】 With the aim of producing clean gasoline from fluid catalytic cracking naphtha with high sulfur and olefin contents that takes a share of about 70% in the gasoline pool of China, we have successfully developed and commercialized a FCC naphtha hydro-upgrading process GARDES by efficiently coupling the stagewise removal of sulfur-containing compounds and the oriented conversion of olefins to aromatics and isomers. The GARDES technology is featured by its capabilities of highly selective and ultra-deep desulfurization and outstanding octane rating preservation and thus demonstrates superior flexibility both for feedstocks and product specifications. More importantly, the GARDES technology allows refineries to produce clean blends satisfying both China IV(S<50 mg/kg, olefin< 28 v%) and China V(S<10 mg/kg, olefin< 28 v%) standards without the need to change the process configuration and implement any process apparatus and thus demonstrates itself as an economical and flexible process for producing clean gasoline from poor-quality FCC naphtha. Up to date, 10 industrial GARDES units with capacities from 400 kt/a to 1300 kt/a have been erected in China, and 6 units are in construction.
