惰性C-H官能化反应及杂环分子构建

【摘要】 惰性C-H键的官能化研究成为有机化学研究热点之一,由于其独特的魅力和挑战性,被誉为"化学的圣杯"。我们小组主要致力于发展后过渡金属Au、Re,以及采用光氧化还原催化实现惰性C-H键官能化反应。在近三年中,我们成功实现了C-H键的直接烷基化、氰化、胺化、氧化、酰化、膦化等反应类型,并较好地开展了C-H键官能化参与的串联策略来高效构建杂环化合物。另外,我们小组进一步开展了手性有机小分子催化五元、六元杂环化合物的构建,并取得了十分满意的对映选择性。
【Abstract】 We have been engaged in the development of sustainable innate C-H activation, and made important contributions in the catalytic atom-economical sp3 C-H functionalization. In the past a few years, Several kind of late-transition metal(Au、Re、Ru、Ir etc.)catalyzed C-H bond functionalization reactions were developed in our laboratory, the directed alkylation, cyanation, oxidation, amination and phosphonation were realized. With those transformation methods, different kind of heterocyclic compounds were effectively constructed.
