【摘要】 本次报告将重点汇报一下本小组在金属铱催化不对称烯丙基去芳构化反应领域的进展。

【Abstract】 In this talk, we present our results toward the development of Ir-catalyzed asymmetric allylic dearomatization reactions. By utilizing Ir-catalyzed asymmetric allylic substitution reaction, we have achieved the dearomatization reaction of indoles, pyrroles, phenols, and pyridines, affording various highly functionalized heterocycles bearing all-carbon quaternary chiral centers in most of the cases. In addition, the stereospecific migration of the dearomatized spiroindolenines has also been realized. The mechanistic investigation and computational study have been carried out to reveal the migration phenomenon. All these results provide not only the efficient synthesis of highly enantioenriched spiro- or polycycles, but also a novel concept in the field of asymmetric catalysis.
