利用双“点击”反应制备一类能级可调的有机光电材料

【摘要】 近年来,有机光电材料因其优异的光电性能而成为一个研究的热点,而其HOMO和LUMO能级的可调性是改善其光电性能的关键[1]。研究发现,"2+2"点击反应可以有效的控制和调节材料的HOMO和LUMO能级。我们利用叠氮化物与炔烃之间的"点击"反应合成了一类含有三唑环的线性高聚物,并通过HNMR、IR、GPC确定了聚合物的结构及分子量。该聚合物的侧链中含有反应性侧基-乙炔基,可与TCNE、TCNQ、F4-TCNQ等发生"2+2"点击反应。通过TCNE、TCNQ、F4-TCNQ的引入我们实现了聚合物的后功能化修饰。通过修饰,我们获得了一类可溶,稳定的材料。并且利用紫外可见光谱、伏安特性循环、电化学等测定了其能带带隙以及电化学行为等光电性能。我们发现,通过双"点击"反应制备的该类功能性材料的光电性能得到明显的改善。

【Abstract】 Energy-level modulation of organic photoelectric materials has received tremendous research attention in recent years. Tuning of the electronic HOMO and LUMO levels is crucial in improving the optoelectronic properties of organic materials. Research found that the [2+2] click reactions allowed us to efficiently modulate the HOMO-LUMO energy band gap. We designed and synthesized a class of linear polymers containing triazole ring by azide-alkyne cycloaddition(CuAAC) reaction. By introducing TCNE, TCNQ, F4-TCNQ click monomers, we obtained energy-level tunable materials in high solubility, which was beneficial for processing. The electrochemical properties have been studied by cyclic voltammograms, and the energy band gap have been studied by UV-vis. It can be found that the optoelectronic properties of organic materials which was prepared by double click reactions is improved greatly.
