磁性纳米形状记忆复合材料的研究
Study on the shape memory polymer composites strengthened by the nano-magnetic particles

【摘要】 形状记忆聚合物可以记住一个或多个临时形状,并且可以在外界刺激条件下回到其永久形状。本文以2-甲氧基丙烯酸乙酯和N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺为共聚单体,以四氧化三铁纳米粒子为增强相,通过原位自由基聚合的方法制备了一系列具有良好形状记忆行为的纳米复合材料。相比于传统的形状记忆聚合物材料,因引入四氧化三铁纳米粒子为交联剂,该复合材料表现出高的力学强度和良好的形状记忆效应,并通过XRD、SEM、IR、TG-DSC等方法对其结构进行了表征。
【Abstract】 A novel series of nanocomposite consisting of nano-magnetic particles and specific copolymers with different affinities for water, copolymers composed of hydrophobic(2-methoxylethyl acrylate: MEA) and hydrophilic(N,N-dimethylacrylamide: DMAA) units, were prepared by in situ free-radical polymerization in aqueous media at room temperature. Compared to traditional shape memory polymers having similar composition, the MD-Fe3O4 polymer composites exhibits excellent mechanical strength and good shape memory properties due to the introduction of Fe3O4 nano-particles as a cross-linking point. The polymer composites was characterized by XRD, SEM, IR, and TG-DSC, showing that the particles are well dispersed in the matrix.
