流动注射-化学发光法分析月光白茶的抗氧化性能

【摘要】 月光白茶,也被称为月光茶,是白茶的一种。茶叶的抗氧化能力已经被普遍认可,目前,国外普遍认为白茶是六大茶类中抗氧化能力最强的,很多学者也对白茶的抗氧化能力做了一些生化实验。国内,白茶的抗氧化性少见文献报道[1],而月光白茶的抗氧化性能的分析尚未见文献报道。本文采用流动注射-化学发光法,以邻苯三酚—碳酸盐缓冲溶液—鲁米诺发光体系的发光强度为空白发光峰值,月光白茶能有效地抑制超氧阴离子自由基诱导的鲁米诺化学发光,并且随着发光体系中月光白茶浓度的升高,发光强度呈现下降趋势,实验结果表明,其IC50值为1.2mg/mL,因此,月光白茶具有较强的抗氧化性能,为今后研究和开发利用月光白茶提供科学依据[2]。

【Abstract】 Yue Guangbai tea is also called moonlight tea, a kind of white tea. The anticccoxidation of tea has been widely recognized. White tea is generally believed the best anticccoxidation in six kinds of tea abord. Many scholars also do its in some biochemical experiment. The anticccoxidation of white tea have been reported[1],But Yue Guangbai teas’ has not been reported. In this experiment, It was studied by flow injection chemiluminescence,The blank luminescence peak determined with the pyrogallol-carbonate buffer solution- luminol, It can effectively restrain the chemiluminescence of luminol induced by super oxygen anion free radical,the strength of the chemiluminescence presented the descending trend with the increasing of the concentration Of Yue Guangbai tea. The results show that the IC50 value is 14.71 mg/mL. Yue Guangbai tea has antioxidation effect[2].
