MoO3阵列的制备和表征及其对罗丹明B的吸附研究

【摘要】 MoO3作为一种环境友好的n型半导体材料,具有较宽的带隙,尤其因α-MoO3具有独特的层状结构而成为极具吸引力的功能性材料,因而被广泛应用到各领域,如电容器[1],锂离子电池[2],气敏传感器[3]等,但其应用到吸附领域还很少见。因此本课题采用简单的水热法,通过对溶剂浓度、反应温度、反应时间的考查合成了具有片层结构的α-MoO3阵列。通过对罗丹明B的吸附试验,证明其对罗丹明B有良好的吸附作用,在较短的时间内就能达到完全吸附,且与粉末α-MoO3相比较而言,该样品的吸附效果有显著提高且更便于回收再利用。
【Abstract】 MoO3 is an important n-type semiconductor with wide band gap.Especially for alpha-MoO3 with a unique layered structure and become very attractive functional materials,so it has been widely applied to various fields,such as capacitor [1],lithium ion battery [2],gas sensor [3],but its application for the adsorption field is very rare.So this issue use a simple hydrothermal method,by explore the concentration of solvent,reaction temperature,reaction time,we successfully synthesized α-MoO3 array with layer structure.By the adsorption test on RhB,prove it has good ability on RhB adsorption,and compare with the powder of α-MoO3,the adsorption effect of the sample has a significant increase and more convenient for recycling.
