树枝状三氧化二铁分级结构及其在可见光照射下的光催化性质

【摘要】 通过一个方便的水热方法合成了大规模的树枝状α-Fe2O3分级结构。用SEM和TEM对产物的形貌和微观结进行表征,发现单独的α-Fe2O3树枝状结构是由一个长的中央主干和第二和第三分支组成。光催化实验表明,在可见光照射45分钟后刚果红染料几乎被完全降解(~95%)。此外,不同形貌的α-Fe2O3产物降解刚果红的降解结果表明,树枝状α-Fe2O3具有非常优秀的光催化性能。合成的α-Fe2O3树枝状结构在污水处理方面有潜在的应用价值。
【Abstract】 Large-scale dendritic α-Fe2O3 hierarchical structures are successfully obtained through a facile hydrothermal approach.The morphology and microstructure of the as-synthesized products are characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The individual α-Fe2O3 dendrite consists of a long central trunk with secondary and tertiary sharp branches,which preferentially grows in a parallel direction with a definite angle to the trunk.A possible formation mechanism for the as-prepared product is proposed.Room temperature magnetic measurement results of the as-obtained α-Fe2O3 products showed a ferromagnetic behavior.Photocatalytic experiment indicates that Congo red(CR) can be degraded nearly completely(over 95%) after 45 min under visible light irradiation.Also,degradation efficiencies of α-Fe2O3 products with different morphologies to CR were also investigated,revealing that the dendritic structures possess superior photocatalytic activity.The dendritic α-Fe2O3 products reported here may have potential application in waste water treatment.
