窄范围内RDX粒度对感度的影响

【摘要】 已有在较宽的粒度范围内粒度对不同细化方法获得的RDX(化学名称,中文名称)的感度影响研究[1]。为了研究RDX在较小范围内粒度变化对感度的影响,制备了8种D50从8μm到13μm的RDX,并对其特性落高撞击感度进行了测试。结果表明,随着RDX粒度的降低,特性落高呈升高的趋势,从47.4 cm升高至79.4 cm。还选取其中三个粒度的RDX制备成高聚物粘结炸药配方,并采用间接的方法评估了其冲击波感度,结果表明,随着RDX粒度的降低,炸药配方的冲击波感度逐渐升高。RDX的特性落高感度和相应配方冲击波感度试验结果表明,在窄范围内RDX的感度对粒度很敏感。

【Abstract】 There is report on effect of particle size of RDX prepared by different methods on sensitivity in wide particle size range [1]. In order to investigate the effect of particle size of RDX on sensitivity in wide particle size range, eight RDX samples with different particle size(D50) in the range of 8μm and 13μm were prepared. Drop height(H50) of the eight RDX samples was tested. The results show that H50 increase from 47.4 cm to 79.4 cm with decrease of particle size of RDX. Three of the eight RDX samples were chosen and applied in a polymer bonded explosive formula. Shock sensitivity of them was evaluated by an indirect method. The results show that shock sensitivity of the three polymer bonded explosives increase with decrease of particle size of RDX. Impact and shock sensitivity experiments results indicate that sensitivity is sensitive to particle size of RDX while particle size changes in narrow range.
