【摘要】 非常规突发事件作为复杂巨系统具有高度的复杂性和不确定性,在分析非常规突发事件系统时存在层次粒度划分复杂,事件概念模糊的问题。针对这一问题,建立了非常规突发事件层次分析模型,该模型从知识管理和应急管理的视角出发,结合模型的共性知识结构,从不同的层次对突发事件的共性知识进行抽象,继而对层次间的转换关系进行了描述,该模型可在分析非常规突发事件时提供有效的支持.文末,通过汶川地震验证了该模型的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Unconventional emergencies present highly complexity and uncertainty as a complex giant system,There is a problem that the hierarchy granularity of Unconventional emergencies system is divided complex and the concept of event is fuzzy in the analysis of event system.Aiming at this issue,this paper analyzes in the light of common knowledge model,extracting the common elements of emergencies form different levels from the perspective of emergency and knowledge management.Then the conversion relationship between levels is described.This model could be effectively used to analysis unconventional emergencies. Finally,support for feasibility and validity of the model proposed was provided by Wenchuan earthquake.更多还原
