HPLC-系统内标法测定小儿百部止咳糖浆中芒果苷、甘草苷和橙皮苷

【摘要】 目的建立同时测定小儿百部止咳糖浆中多个有效成分的系统内标方法(SIS)。方法以小儿百部止咳糖浆中橙皮苷为内标,测定橙皮苷与芒果苷和甘草苷之间的相对校正因子,利用该相对校正因子计算芒果苷、甘草苷的含量,并与外标一点法(ACV)测定结果进行比较,以验证方法的准确性和可行性。结果ACV与SIS测定3批小儿百部止咳糖浆中的3种成分的结果无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论该法操作简便,准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的多指标质量控制。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish a new content determination method,sample’s internal standard,based on simultaneous determination of three components in Child Baibu Cough Syrup by HPLC under multiple UV wavelengths.Methods Hesperidin in Child Baibu Cough Syrup was chosen as the internal standard,and the related correction factors of mangiferin and liquiritin compared with hesperidin were measured.The contents of these two components could be calculated by the related correction factors.This method was named to be sample’s internal standard(SIS).The method was evaluated by comparison of the quantitative results between angle cosine value(ACV) and SIS method.Results No significant differences were found in the quantitative results of the three components in three batchs of Child Baibu Cough Syrup by ACV and SIS methods(P>0.05).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and shows good reproducible.It can be applied to the quality control of Child Baibu Cough Syrup.
