【摘要】 针对嵌入式视频压缩系统图像质量客观评估的应用需求,讨论了一种测试压缩视频峰值信噪比的方法。该方法在参考视频序列中加入同步标识,使得参考视频和压缩后视频可以进行逐帧对比,从而精确计算峰值信噪比。对比某编码器嵌入式环境下实际运行的峰值信噪比计算结果与软件仿真的结果,误差小于1 dB,证明了该测试方法的准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the demand of objectively assessing quality of compressed video in embedded applications,a method of PSNR(peak signal to noise ratio) testing of compressed video is discussed.A synchroniztion pattern is used in reference video sequence to help compare the compressed video with the reference video frame by frame.The accurate PSNR can be calculated in consequence.This method is approved by PSNR comparasion of some encoder running in the embedded environment and the simulation environment.The PSNR error is less than 1 dB.更多还原
