熔凝胶固相法合成MCFC隔膜材料α-LiAlO2
The preparation of α-LiAlO2 powder for MCFC by gel-solid method

【摘要】 熔融碳酸盐燃料电池技术已经进入了商业化的前期,成本问题是制约其商业化的因素之一。本文采用凝胶固相法制备的α-LiAlO2粉末材料粒径及纯度与"氯化物法"基本相当,制备过程大大简化,制备成本大大降低,并对其固相反应过程进行了分析,指出其反应机理为"吸入机理"。所以,采用凝胶固相法制备α-LiAlO2粉末材料是一种简单,环保,低成本的制备方法。
【Abstract】 Molten Carbonate Fuel Cell(MCFC) technology has entered the initial stage of commercialization,but the cost problem limited the development of MCFC.In this paper,theα-LiAlO2 powder was prepared by gel-solid method.Moreover,the purity and particle-distribution were analyzed,and the results presented that the purity and particle-distribution were similar to the powder prepared by "Chloride" synthesis method.However,the gel-solid method was very simple compared to "chloride" synthesis method,which could reduce the cost of the preparation of α-LiAlO2 powder.In addition,the reaction mechanism was analyzed and the reaction was considered to proceed by "imbibition mechanism".Therefore,the gel-solid method is one kind of simple,green and low-cost method.
