【摘要】 针对目前国内外0.01级三相电能表标准装置的检定表位数少、检定效率低的缺点,为了更好地服务国家电网公司"三集五大"体系改革,我院与郑州三晖电气股份有限公司联合研制了国内首台12表位的0.01级三相电能表标准装置,该电能表标准装置现已通过中国计量科学研究院的现场建标考核检定,检定结果符合0.01级三相电能表标准装置指标的各项要求;而且,在试用期内,该电能表标准装置接线便捷,检定效率高的优点已充分显现。本文对该电能表标准装置的组成结构、技术指标及软硬件设计的创新点进行了详细地介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 For less meters and low efficiency of domestic and abroad class 0.01 three-phase standard equipment for electric meters,in order to better serve the State Grid Corporation of ‘The Three Sets and Five Major’ system reform,the first domestic 12 Meter-seats class 0.01 three-phase standard equipment for electric meters was jointly developed by our Institute and SMS Electric CO.,LTD.Zheng Zhou.The assessment test for the three-phase standard equipment by the Chinese Institute of Metrology was passed,and the test results is consistent with 0.01 three-phase standard equipment for electric meters technical requirement;during the probation period,the Standard Equipment’s wiring convenient,high test efficiency advantages have been fully apparent.The composition of the three-phase standard equipment for electric meters,the technical indicators,as well as the software and hardware design innovations were introduced in this paper.更多还原
