全场彩虹技术测量喷雾液滴温度和粒径分布初步研究

【摘要】 喷雾液滴的粒径和温度等参数的准确测量有利于对燃烧等工业过程的研究,而同时实现喷雾多参数测量是在线测量技术的需求。首先对全场彩虹技术同时测量液滴群的粒径分布及温度进行了研究,基于改进的Nussenzweig理论,采用无分布函数算法进行最优化求解,然后通过折射率与温度的关系反推液滴温度。利用模拟全场彩虹图像对该算法进行了验证,并用去离子水与纯乙醇喷雾进行了实验测量,实验结果所测得温度与理论值吻合,粒径分布真实可信。说明全场彩虹技术在同时测量喷雾液滴粒径分布与温度方面较好的应用潜力。
【Abstract】 The accurate measurement of parameters such as particle size and temperature of the spray droplets is conducive to the study of combustion or other industrial processes,while online measurement technology requires multi-parameters measurement.The global rainbow technique is applied to measure the droplet size distribution and temperature of a cloud of droplet in this work.Based on the modified Nussenzweig theory,the refractive index and size distribution are optimally evaluated without a prior assumption of the droplet size distribution,then the temperature is derived from the refractive index.The inverse algorithm is verified by the simulated global rainbow signals,and experiments on deionized water and pure ethanol spray are conducted.The experimental results show that the measured temperatures consistent with the theoretical values,and the droplet size distributions are reasonable.The global rainbow technique has a splendid application potential in simultaneously measuring the spray droplet size distribution and temperature.
