【Abstract】 This article studies the problems and issues in the practice of smart city construction.It provides ideas and methods regarding the top level design based on practical projects and engineering.To enhance the effectiveness of the smart city construction and operation,those ideas include synchronizing the construction of the supporting system of the smart city construction,implementing top level design via docking the bottom level and big data feasibility analysis etc.更多还原
