【摘要】 近年来,我国城镇化在高速发展的过程中人与自然关系日趋紧张,城市的可持续发展受到影响。因此,中央经济工作会议提出,积极稳妥推进城镇化,着力提高城镇化质量,要把生态文明理念和原则全面融入城镇化全过程,走集约、智能、绿色、低碳的新型城镇化道路。论文围绕城镇绿色低碳生态建设,从紧凑集约、均衡可达、弹性适应3大领域构建了低碳生态城镇建设的空间指标体系;并以武汉江夏五里界街为例,提出了密集有序的空间组织形态、节能高效的复合交通系统、蓝绿一体的景观开敞体系、宜居活力的邻里空间单元、绿色智能的设施支撑系统等6大规划策略,以期为其他城镇低碳生态建设提供借鉴参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the past few years,China’ s urbanization is moving into high gear,however,it also results the tension between human and nature become increasingly serious,sustainable development in city is also affected.Therefore,Central Economic Working Conference propose that work toward a more Eco-Friendly,intellectual,intensive line.The conference also indicates that the idea of eco-civilization should be carried when improve the quality of urbanization gradually and safely.This essay concern constructing urban area with the idea of green and low-carbon.Start form compact and intensive,balance and reachable,flexible adaptation to build a eco-urbanization space index system;Take Wu Li town in Jiang Xia County as a model for other cases of ecourbanization,the conference raise 6 planning strategy including:intensive and ordered space organization form,energy-efficient composite transportation system,combing water and vegetation as a open landscape system,ecological livable community unit,intellectual facility supporting system.更多还原
