牛蒡子复方制剂质量标准研究

【摘要】 目的:建立牛蒡子复方制剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对复方中牛蒡子进行定性鉴别;以牛蒡苷为指标,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对其进行含量测定。结果:TLC法能对复方中牛蒡子进行专属性定性鉴别,色谱条件为:硅胶G薄层板,三氯甲烷-甲醇-水(40:8:1)上行展开,20%硫酸乙醇溶液显色。复方中牛蒡苷的HPLC含量测定条件为:流动相:甲醇-水(43:57),检测波长280nm。牛蒡苷在1.64mg/ml~13.12mg/ml呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997;平均回收率为98.67%,RSD=1.88%。结论:所建立的TLC方法可准确地对复方中牛蒡子进行专属性定性鉴别,能排除其他成分干扰,重复性好。HPLC测定复方中牛蒡苷含量的方法简便、准确、重复性良好,可作为该复方有效成分牛蒡苷含量测定的方法 。
【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the quality standard for Niupang Fufang Granules.Method:Fructus Arctii,Liquorice were identified by TLC,and the content of Arctinin was determined by HPLC.Result:Fructus Arctii,Liquorice could be identified by TLC.Arctinin showed a good linear relationship at a range of1.64mg/ml-13.12mg/ral,r=0.9997.The average recovery was 98.67%,and RSD was 1.88%.Conclusion:The methods are simple,accurate and specific,and can be used for the quality control of Niupang Fufang.
