【Abstract】 A component isolated from rapamycin converted to another component while it was dissolved in 50%CH₃CN-H₂O.Chemical structures of the two components were determined by Physico-chemical properties and spectra analyses.The former component was proposed to be oxepane isomer from the pyrano form of rapamycin and the latter one was just identified with rapamycin.It means they are tautomers of the pyran hemiketal and the oxepane hemiketal更多还原
