LY12铝材Sn-Ni混合盐电解着黑色工艺的研究

【摘要】 采用Sn-Ni混合盐对铝合金阳极氧化膜电解着黑色的工艺进行了研究,实验讨论了影响阳极氧化膜的因素,确定满足电解着黑色要求的阳极氧化膜工艺参数H2SO4165g/L,14V,20℃,40min;然后在SnSO4 15g/L,NiSO4 40g/L,16℃,13min,15V的交流电压条件下电解着黑色,得到了表面均匀平整、光泽较高、耐蚀性好的深黑色着色膜;通过电解液pH的调整使其具有良好的稳定性,而且重复再现性好。
【Abstract】 The aluminum alloy anodizing and the electrolytic blackening in Sn-Ni mixed-salt have been studied.The anodizing film which can satisfy the request of electrolytic blackening has been obtained under the conditions of H2SO4165g/L 14V;20℃ and 40min,a blackening film can be obtained in electrolytic blackening solution on the basis of SnSO415g/L,NiSO4 40g/L,15V,15℃ and 13min,it has an even smooth,high gloss,good corrosion resistance,the stability and reproducibility could be improved greatly by adjusting the pH of electrolyte.
