【摘要】 土地利用空间管制被认为是一种行之有效的土地资源配置调节方式,但其研究还处在起步阶段,尤其是对不同类型土地的空间管制规划的研究相对缺乏。本文以广东省东莞市为例探讨了生态用地空间管制规划的技术与方法,分析了生态用地空间管制规划的理论依据与基本原则,构建了生态用地空间分区的指标体系,给出了进行生态用地分区的技术与方法,对东莞市的生态用地的分区进行了尝试,并在东莞市生态用地空间管制基本策略分析的基础上,提出了各类生态用地分区的空间管制措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The regional space control of land use is one of the most important ways to plan the land resource,but its research just began,there were nearly no any researches on the planning of regional space control of different,land types,so the techniques and methods of planning of regional space control of ecological land were researched in this paper taking Dongguan City in Guangdong province as an example.The planning theory and basic rules of regional space control of ecological land were given,and the techniques and methods of regionalization of ecologicalland were established.On the base above,the ecological lands in Dong Guan City were divided into four types of space regions,the regional measures to control the ecological land of every type region were put forward under the direction of basic strategies of regional space control of ecological land in Dongguan City.更多还原
