【Abstract】 Export-oriented outward trade developing strategy has got a great achievement in China.However,considering the background that China has become the fourth biggest economy and the third trade country of the world,its export-oriented strategy should advance with times and carry out transition.In the following thesis neutral trade strategy and its strategical objective,policy instruments as well as the managerial trade liberalization policy are discussed.更多还原
