水声干扰子弹电子部件加速寿命试验及评估

【摘要】 水声干扰弹在海军作战行动中使用可以降低敌反潜兵力的效能,提高我海军舰艇的作战效能。针对其高可靠性、长寿命的特点,提出了使用加速寿命试验的方法来评估水声干扰子弹电子部件的寿命与可靠性指标。通过分析产品在加速寿命试验中的失效寿命,选择其最优匹配模型;随后通过最小二乘法进行参数拟合,建立了阿伦尼斯模型,进而外推得到了常温贮存条件下的寿命参数,从而得出其常温下的贮存寿命。这对于评定水声干扰子弹在贮存一定时间后的使用性能具有重大的参考价值。
【Abstract】 It can reduce the effectiveness of enemy anti-submarine forces and improve the operational effectiveness of our army by using acoustic interference shrapnel in naval warfare.Its high reliability requires the extremely high reliable assemblies over a long period of time.Within severe time constrains,this paper utilized the accelerated degradation testing to evaluate their reliability and life.The invalided lifetime is analyzed to determine its accelerated model.Then,the least square of accelerated lifetime testing data is used to build Arrhenius model and predict the lifetime in normal temperature.Thus,the paper could have significant reference value for usability evaluation of acoustic interference shrapnel after a certain period of time.
