压缩驱动器振膜结构参数对振膜特性的影响

【摘要】 为认识压缩驱动器振膜结构参数对振膜特性的影响,本文在对压缩驱动器环形振膜合理简化的基础上,计算推导了反映振膜刚性的惯性矩的表达式,得到了V形夹角、内外径等结构参数与惯性矩的规律曲线,利用有限元方法对比分析了不同夹角、不同内外径结构振膜的位移和应力频率响应曲线。结论:轴向和径向惯性矩随内外夹角变化规律相反,轴向和径向惯性矩均与内径呈反相关关系、与外径呈正相关关系,即振膜v形开口尺寸最大,振膜惯性矩最大。振膜动力学特性有限元分析得到振膜内外夹角分别为61°、57°,内外径分别为36mm、54mm结构振膜的优势较大。本文工作可为压缩驱动器振膜的结构设计提供一定的技术基础。

【Abstract】 For understanding the effect of parameters on characteristics of diaphragm in compression driver,in this paper based on the simplified annular diaphragm of compression driver,the expression of moment of inertia reflecting the rigidity of diaphragm was calculated,the curves between V-shape degrees,different radiuses and moment of inertia were achieved,the displacement and stress frequency-response curves of diaphragms with different degrees and radiuses were compared by finite element method.It is shown that two direction moment of inertia changing by two degrees is inverse,by two radiuses is uniform,but the changing between the inside radius and the outside radius is inverse,so when the margin between outside radius and inside radius is maximum,the moment of inertia is maximum.The diaphragm with inside degree 61°,outside degree 57°,inside radius 36mm,outside radius 54mm is better by the finite element analysis of dynamic characteristic.The work can provide some technical foundations for structural design of diaphragm in compression driver.
