深水立管与水下生产系统连接方法研究

【摘要】 介绍了四种典型的深水立管——顶部张紧式立管(TTR)、钢悬链线立管(SCR)、混合塔式立管(HR)和柔性立管(FR)的特点和适用条件,分析了不同形式的深水立管与水下生产系统的连接方式和关键技术装备。认为不同形式的深水立管由于其自身特点,与水下生产系统的连接方式不同:顶部张紧式立管适用于张力腿和SPAR平台,适用水深小于1500m,安装多采用垂直连接法;钢悬链立管的适用水深为300~3000m,深水作业多选择J型铺管法,当管径不超过406.4mm时,也可以选择卷管式铺管法;塔式立管连接的关键是立管与海底基础的连接,主要有铰接式和固定式两种形式;柔性立管系统广泛用于各种FPSO,其上端与浮式结构连接,底部由立管头直接连接海底管汇或采用专用连接器与海底生产系统进行连接。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the characteristics and application conditions of four typical risers-top tension riser, steel catenary riser, hybrid tower riser and flexible riser. Then the types of connecting different risers to subsea production system and the key technical equipments were analyzed. It was concerned that ways of connecting different kinds of risers to subsea production system are unlike because of their different characteristics. Top tension riser, only suited for TLP and SPAR platform, was usually installed vertically with less than 1500 meters’ water depth. SCR’s deepwater operation chose J-Lay more, but when pipe diameter was less than 406.4mm, it turned to Reel-Lay, with depth differing from 300 to 3000 m. The key connection of HR is linking riser to sea-floor foundation, which could be connected by hinge joint or fixed joint. FR was widely used in all kinds of FPSO, its top Assembly was connected to floating structure and its base was connected to subsea manifold center by end fitting or dedicated connector.
