流体运移过程中微粒沉积规律研究

【摘要】 在油田开发过程中,储层参数会随着流体的注入逐渐发生变化,严重影响油田开发效果。为研究储层内微粒沉积规律及其影响因素,通过微粒的受力分析和理论推导,建立了微粒沉积数学模型,模拟了微粒在孔喉内的运动轨迹,得到了能够判别流体中微粒发生沉积的识别标准,并研究了微粒粒径、流体流速和流体黏度3个因素对微粒沉积的影响。模拟结果显示:微粒粒径越大,微粒的运动轨迹越靠下,越容易沉积到孔喉壁面上来;流体流速越大,越不利于微粒的沉积;流体黏度越大,流体对微粒的悬浮能力越强,越不利于微粒的沉积。所得结果可对从微观尺度研究油田注水和微粒沉积导致储层伤害起到一定的指导作用。
【Abstract】 During the developing process of oil and gas reservoirs, particles deposited in pore-throats may result in the decrease of its effective radius and capability for fluid flowing through. For studying the influence of deposited particles and its laws, the mathematical model of particles depositing was built through force analysis and theoretical derivation. Besides,sensitive analysis is conducted for three parameters. The simulation results show that, particles deposited more easily with the increase of particle size; the greater the flow rate, the more difficult for particles deposition, besides, the greater the viscosity of the fluid, the fluid suspension of particles in the stronger, the more detrimental to particles depositing. The study can provide a useful guidance for research on the formation damage.
