【摘要】 某办公楼原为5层砌体结构,因使用需要拟改造加层为10层结构,加层幅度较大。初步分析提出2种分离式外套加层方案,分别为巨型框架外套结构和大尺寸框架柱外套结构,并对此2种方案进行计算分析和研究。最后从结构有利性和经济性的角度选择了大尺寸框架柱外套结构作为该办公楼的加层方案,该项目对同类型的工程具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 A building,which was originally a five-storey masonry structure,becomes a ten-storey frame-wall structure after adding storeys to fit the use.The range of adding storeys is significant.Two schemes of separated adding storeys around existing building were adopted from preliminary analysis.One scheme is mega-frame structure,the other scheme is large size column frame structure.Calculation and analysis of the two schemes were conducted.From the angle of the structure advantage and efficiency,the scheme of big size column structure is used.The project has a reference value to the same type of projects.更多还原
