【摘要】 本文结合中国高新技术产业面板数据,基于DEA-Malmquist指数动态分析方法,测算了我国国有及国有控股企业与非国有及控股企业的综合要素增长动态率。在研究时段内,高新技术产业的综合要素生产率在国有行业和非国有行业均表现为缺乏效率,同时发现造成两者综合要素生产率非有效的原因各有不同,国有行业综合要素生产率非有效的原因是由于技术进步非有效,非国有行业综合要素生产率非有效的原因是由于技术效率未达到有效水平,国有行业技术效率值高于非国有行业。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to China’s high-tech industry panel data 14 secondary industries , estimates of the integrated elements of the state-owned and state holding enterprises and non-state-owned holding enterprises and the growth of a dynamic index by using malmquist.From the year of 2004 to 2011, , the industry overall production efficiency of our high-tech industry and the non-state-owned industry neither one reach effective levels, we find that the reason of state-owned industries’invalid because of the not valid of technical progress, the reason of non-state-owned industries’invalid because of the not valid of technical efficiency.更多还原
