指数平滑法在城市区域声环境质量研究中的应用

【摘要】 为完成北京市"十二五"城市区域的主要声污染防治工作目标,全面提高城市区域声环境质量水平,科学预测区域内噪声污染在"十二五"期间的水平和发展趋势,以北京市某典型区域为研究对象,在收集大量相关资料与实测历史噪声数据的基础上,运用指数平滑法对所选定研究区域的噪声污染水平进行预测及发展趋势分析。结果表明:运用指数平滑法对研究区域声环境质量水平预测是可行的,在α=0.05时,北京市"十二五"期间声环境质量整体保持在53.5 dB上下,呈相对稳定的状态,这种声环境质量水平符合《声环境质量标准》GB 3096-2008中的一类区域的声环境质量标准。
【Abstract】 In order to complete the objectives of "The Twelfth Five-Year Guideline" of the main noise pollution prevention and control in urban areas of Beijing,comprehensively improve the level of acoustic environmental quality,and scientific predict of noise pollution in the regional level and development trend in the " The Twelfth Five-Year Guideline" period,based on collected data and measured historical noise data,this article focus on predicting and analyzing selected research area noise pollution level by application of exponential smoothing method.The results show that:prediction of selected research area noise pollution level by application of exponential smoothing method works.When α= 0.05,overall sound quality of the environment in Beijing is maintained at 53.5 dB up and down during "The Twelfth Five-Year Guideline" period.It was relatively stable situation.Such a sound level of environmental quality accord 《acoustic environmental quality standards》GB 3096-2008.
