【摘要】 首先,分析了科技成果转化的涵义,剖析了高校科技成果转化存在的主要问题;然后,基于协同管理理论,提出了高校科技成果转化的3种模式,即自办产业模式、产学合作模式和创新网络模式;最后,探讨了基于协同管理的高校科技成果转化的管理策略,为促进高校科技成果的成功转移提供了一些启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analysis the meaning of universities science and technology achievement transformation,discusses the main problems that exist in current about universities science and technology achievement transformation.Then using synergetic management theory,three models of universities science and technology achievement transformation are put forward,which are self-made industry model,cooperation of industry and university model,and innovation network model.Lastly,management policies for universities science and technology achievement transformation are proposed based on synergetic management theory,which can promote successful to transfer universities science and technology achievement.更多还原
