【摘要】 在福建地区某高层办公楼基础设计中,为了减小差异沉降、承台及筏板内力,采用了变刚度调平设计;对于内力较大的框架及核心筒内以及存在溶洞的桩,采用桩底注浆可以增加单桩抗压极限承载力;基础设计过程中,板底土反力基床系数对计算结果影响较大,在选取时需要根据板底土的性质进行合理选择;地下室埋深较大且抗浮水位较高时,需要考虑当水浮力参与组合的最不利工况组合下筏板的配筋及抗拔桩的抗拔问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the differential settlement,pile cap and the raft internal force on design of a foundation of high-rise building in Fujian using a variable rigidity design.For the larger internal forces of framework and core and the presence of the cave in pile,the pile bearing capacity can be increased by grouting in the bottom of pile.During the foundation design,the foundation coefficient influence on the calculation results is large,it is need to select a reasonable choice according to the nature of the subsoil.Foundation depth is larger and anti-floating water level is high,it is need to consider the quantity of reinforced and the problem of uplift piled raft when buoyancy of water works in the most unfavorable combination.更多还原
