预应力高强钢丝绳抗剪加固混凝土梁施工工艺及效果初探

【摘要】 现有的混凝土梁抗剪加固方法有外贴钢板或FRP加固、钢丝网片-聚合物砂浆加固等,现有方法的共性问题是锚固性能难以保证,材料强度往往不能充分发挥,直接影响了其加固效果。提出一种新的加固技术——预应力高强钢丝绳抗剪加固技术,并对该新技术的施工工艺和加固效果进行了初步的探讨,验证了其有效性和明显的性价比优势。
【Abstract】 At present,several strengthening methods are used to improve the shear ability of concrete beams,such as strengthening with affixed steel plate or FRP,strengthening with steel wire mesh-polymer mortar,and so on.The common problem lies in the existing methods is how to maintain the ability of anchoring,as the result of which,the material can’t be made full use,which affects the performance of strengthening.A new technique of shear strengthening with prestressed high-strength steel wire rope is put forward.And the construction technique of this new method and its strengthening effect are discussed.
