聚氨酯弹性体耐磨性能影响因素探讨

【摘要】 以聚醚二元醇(PPG)、聚四氢呋喃二元醇(PTMG)、聚酯二元醇(PEA)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-80、TDI-100)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-50)和3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二氨基-二苯基甲烷(MOCA)为主要原料,制备了不同类型的聚氨酯弹性体(PUE)。主要讨论了-NCO质量分数、聚合二元醇相对分子质量、二异氰酸酯种类、温度和固体添加剂对PUE的耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:PUE的耐磨性能随着-NCO质量分数的增大而变差,随着聚合二元醇相对分子质量的增加而变好;TDI-100型PUE耐磨性能最佳,TDI-80型和MDI-50型PUE次之;随着温度升高,PUE硬度降低,磨耗值降低;添加少量的固体添加剂,PUE耐磨性能提高。对三种聚合二元醇而言,PEA型PUE耐磨性能最佳,PTMG型PUE次之,PPG型PUE较差。

【Abstract】 Different types of polyurethane elastomers were prepared based on polyether polyol(PPG), poly tetrahydrofuran(PTMG), polyester polyol(PEA), toluene diisocyanate(TDI-80,TDI-100), diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI-50) and 3,3’-dichloro-4,4’-diamino –diphenylmethane(MOCA) as main raw materials. The effect of the mass fraction of-NCO, the relative molecular mass, the types of diisocyanate, temperature and solid additiveson on the wear-resisting properties of polyurethane elastomers were discussed. The results showed that the wear-resisting properties of polyurethane elastomers increased with the increasing of the mass fraction of–NCO, while decreased with the increasing of the relative molecular mass. The wear-resisting properties of TDI-100 type polyurethane elastomers were the best, and TDI-80 and MDI-50 type polyurethane elastomers were the second. With the increasing of temperature, the hardness and abrasion value of polyurethane elastomer reduced. Small amount of solid additives improve the wear-resisting properties of polyurethane elastomer. In terms of the three polymeric diol, the wear-resisting properties of PEA type polyurethane elastomer were the best, PTMG type polyurethane elastomer followed and PPG type polyurethane elastomer was poor.
