【摘要】 采用低分子质量的聚酯多元醇,合成高性能的皮革涂层用聚氨酯。讨论了聚酯分子质量、扩链剂种类及用量,异氰酸酯指数R、耐黄变助剂、水解稳定剂等因素对于聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响。所合成的聚氨酯粘接强度高、亮度好、耐黄变及耐水解性能优良,可用于制备高品质的皮革涂层。更多还原

【Abstract】 The polyurethane elastomer for leather coats were synthesized with lower molecular weight polyester.The effect of polyurethane elastomer including the molecular weight of polyetster polyol,the types and proportion of chain extenders,R,yellowing-resistance aids,hydrolysis stabilization agent.The polyurethane which were synthesized have higher bonding strength,higher gloss level,better yellowing-resistance and hydrolysis stability.更多还原
