自乳化型有机硅水性聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂的研发

【摘要】 以聚醚二元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二羟基丙酸、聚硅氧烷等为主要原料,经过一系列化学过程制备环保型水性聚氨酯高档真皮涂饰剂。通过一些皮革涂饰剂的技术指标测试结果表明,该涂饰剂耐水、耐热性好、涂层耐磨、耐干、湿擦牢度好,能满足服装、沙发革等高档皮革涂饰要求。
【Abstract】 Environment-friendly aqueous polyurethane for leather finishing was synthesized by polymerization with polyether glycol,toluene diisocyanate,dimethylolpropionic acid,polysiloxane etc as starting materials.The aqueous polyurethane had good waterproofness,good thermal stability,good abrasion resistance,and goog wet-dry rubbing fastness,which suited for the request of high-grade leather such as garment and sofa etc.
