【摘要】 目的:比较AH-plus糊剂和Cortisomol糊剂配合热牙胶垂直加压根充后的患者疼痛情况。方法:选取100名有两颗患有根尖炎的多根管患牙共200颗,采用自身对照的方法,在根管充填时1颗使用AH-plus糊剂充填,1颗使用Cortisomol糊剂充填,RVG示均恰充,观察术后1、3、7、14天的牙齿疼痛情况来比较两种不同根充糊剂充填根管后的患者术后疼痛反应情况。结果:术后1天AH-plus组和Cortisomol组疼痛发生率分别为34%和31%。术后3天AH-plus组和Cortisomol组疼痛发生率分别为32%和30%。术后7天AH-plus组和Cortisomol组疼痛发生率分别为3%和4%。术后第14天两组均无疼痛发生。两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:AH-plus组和Cortisomol组根充术后疼痛反应相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the post-operation pain of root canal filling with AH-plus paste and Cortisomol paste using warm gutta-percha vertical condensation technique.Methods:100 patients with apicitis in 2 molars(200 molars in total) were selected.One molar was treated with AH-plus paste while the other molar was treated with Cortisomol paste.The post-operation pain was observed at 1,3,7,14 day after the procedure.Results:At day 1,the rate of post-operation pain after treated with two different pastes was 31%and 31%,respectively.At day 3,the rate of pain was 32%and 30%,respectively.At day 7,the rate of pain was 3%and 4%,respectively.There was no dental pain in either group at day 14.There was no significant difference in using AH-plus or Cortisomol paste(P>0.05).Conclusion:The post-operation pain of root canal filling of molars with AH-plus paste and Cortisomol paste are similar.更多还原
