【摘要】 目的探讨葛根骨康宁颗粒对去势大鼠骨密度的作用。方法清洁级雌性SD大鼠60只,随机分成6组:葛根骨康宁颗粒低、中、高剂量组(0.43,0.87,2.60g·kg-1),碳酸钙对照组、模型对照组及假手术组。12周后,测定动物体重、股骨干重、骨密度和骨钙含量。结果高剂量组股骨中心骨密度、股骨远心端骨密度、股骨干重及骨钙含量显著高于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论葛根骨康宁颗粒具有增加大鼠骨密度的功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the function of Gegeng Gukangning Granule on increasing bone ineral density.Methods 60 sanitary distinction rats were divided into 6 groups including three different doses groups(0.43,0.87 and 2.60 g·kg^-1),calcium carbonate control group,model group and sham operation group for 12 weeks.Then weights,thighbone weight,bone densities and calcium quantities of bone of rats were measured.Results Body mineral density of the midpoint and the distal femur and the calcium content of the femur in the high doses group were significantly higher than that in the model control group（P<0.05 ）. Conclusion Gegeng Gukangning Granule can increase the bone mineral density of rats.更多还原
