护理人员执行护理决策的影响因素分析

【摘要】 目的了解临床护理决策能力的影响因素,为促进护士临床决策能力的提高提供对策。方法资料来源于河北省某三甲医院的231名护理人员填写的调查问卷。结果护理人员临床决策能力受四个因素的影响,从高到低依次为角色认知、社会认知、管理体制和经济收入。结论应该加强护理职业道德教育和伦理道德培养,正确认识护理工作,努力提高自身素质;医院应该加强对护理人员的支持,并提高相应待遇。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comprehend the influencing factors of decisiorr making ability in clinical nursing so as to improve the relevant ability in clinical nurses. Methods 231 nurses from affiliated hospital of Hebei university of engineering were surveyed with questionnaires.Results Clinical decision- making ability of nurses affected by four factors,from high to low in turn for role cognition,social cognition,management system and economic income. Conclusion nursing education should be strengthened correct understanding their work,and strive to improve their professional ethics. Hospitals also should strengthen to support for caregivers and improve the treatment accordingly.更多还原
