【摘要】 目的:探讨关节镜下重建损伤韧带对膝关节多发韧带损伤的治疗价值。方法:按照随机分组的方法将28例患者分为对照组13例和观察组15例,统计两组术后优良率,比较两组主关节活动范围并统计、评价并发症的发生情况。结果:两组患者均获随访,随访时间12~38个月,平均20个月。观察组治疗优良率高于对照组(80.00%vs 69.23%,P<0.05)。随访1年后,两组Lysholm评分及主关节活动范围均有改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中,观察组术后随访1年Lysholm评分及主关节活动范围改善情况均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术后切口均I期愈合,无感染及骨筋膜室综合征等并发症发生。结论:关节镜下微创治疗膝关节多发韧带损伤,可提高术后优良率、改善患者关节活动状况,减少并发症的发生,疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of arthroscopic operation and open operation in treatment of knee ligament injury. Methods: According to the method of randomization,28 patients were divided into open arthrotom operation group( n = 13,control group) and arthroscopic minimally invasive operation group( n = 15,observation group). The excellent rate,range of main joint motion and complications after the treatment of the two groups were compared. Results: All patients were followed up for 12 ~ 38 months,average 20 months. The excellent rate in the observation group was superior to the controlled group( 80. 00% vs 69. 23%,P < 0. 05). And after one year’ follow- up,the Lysholm score and range of main joint motion of the two groups were both improved,and there were statistically significant difference compred with those befor the treatment( P < 0. 05). And which of the observation group were all better than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The incision healed of the observation group were in I stage group after operation and no infection and osteofascial compartment syndrome and other complications was found. Conclusion: The arthroscopic treatment of multiple knee ligament injury can improve the excellent rate of joint activities,improve the status of patients after operation,reduce the incidence of complications,the curative effect is better.更多还原
