荧光偏振法对超支化聚合物囊泡温敏流动性能的研究

【摘要】 利用膜探针6-酰基-2-二甲氨基萘(6-dodecanoyl-2-dinlethylamlinonaphthalene,Laurdan)研究了不同臂长超支化聚合物囊泡的流动性及其温度敏感性。结果发现,随着臂长的增加,囊泡流动性减小;当温度升高时,膜的流动性在38.6℃左右急速增加,基本上与其最低临界溶解温度(LCST)相吻合,表明流动性的增加是由聚合物的LCST转变引起的,因而可以通过调节聚合物结构制备得到所需流动性的超支化聚合物囊泡模型薄膜。
【Abstract】 The thermo-sensitive fluidity of the hyperbranced polymersome with different arm length was studied by fluorescence polarization.It was found that the fluidity of the polymersome decreased as the arm length increased.As the temperature increased to about 38.6℃,which was close to the LCST of the hyperbranced polymersome,the membrane fluidity of the polymersome increased rapidly.This result showed that the fluidity incease was induced by the LCST transition of the polymer,thus we could obtain the required fluidity of the model membrane vesicles by adjusting the molecular structure of the hyperbranched polymers.
