水稻鞘腐病的傅里叶变换红外光谱研究

【摘要】 用博里叶变换红外光谱仪测试了成株期水稻正常植株和鞘腐病植株的叶、剑鞘和米粒三个部位的光谱,结合二阶导数光谱对比分析光谱信息差异,用相关性进行差异分析。光谱信息显示,两种植株叶的主要成分是蛋白质、油脂和多糖,剑鞘的是纤维素和木质素,米粒的是淀粉、蛋白质和油脂;与正常植株相比,鞘腐病植株叶中蛋白质和多糖的相对含量和组分发生了变化,且以蛋白质的差异较为显著,剑鞘中纤维素的相对含量降低,米粒中三类物质含量均减少且组分发生变化。对两种植株相同部位的光谱在1 5001 750,1 2001 500和9501 200cm-1范围进行相关性分析,米粒的相关系数在0.968以上,相关度较高,叶和剑鞘的均较低。研究结果表明,FTIR可以区分鞘腐病对水稻不同部位的影响,有望为水稻鞘腐病的研究提供光谱信息。

【Abstract】 Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) was used to obtain the spectra of leaf,sheath,and rice grain of normal and sheath rot rice plants in the adult stage,so as to analyze the difference between the same parts of two kinds of rice plants by second-derivative spectral and the correlation analysis.The spectra show that for normal and sheath rot rice plants,the main components of leaves are protein,grease and carbohydrates,for sheath are cellulose and lignin,and for rice grain are protein,grease and starch;for sheath rot plants,relative to normal plants,the structure of carbohydrates and protein of leaves has been changed,the relative content for cellulose of sheath and all the main components of rice grain decreased.The correlation analysis in the ranges of 1 500 to 1 750,1 200 to 1 500 and 950 to 1 200 cm-1 were made for the same parts of two kind plants.The results indicate that there is a high correlation between rice grain,and a low one for leaves and sheath.The above results demonstrate that FTIR may be used to distinguish the effects of the sheath rot on different parts of rice plant which provides spectroscopy information for the study of rice sheath rot.
